What, exactly, is 'stink eye'?

Pirate got his eye pecked by another chick, his eye took two days to reopen. But it added to the little guy's angry face.

I love the pictures of the "stink eye" - and even the term "stink eye" is making me giggle so hard I have tears in my eyes, causing me "wet eye."


I need to post a picture of my gelding when he gives me a stink eye. The eye is accompanied by ears flattened to his skull.
