What excercise machine to buy?

I don't want to walk... it's -14F out there! It made it up to 2F today, but windchill was -25F. But I got my exercise hauling hay to my horses.

That's the Ab Circle Pro. My coworker got it and lost about 20 lbs. It came with a warrantee, and she is on her third one!

I'd love an elliptical, but have an ancient treadmill. Works great, I'm just bored with it. Recently borrowed a Carmen Electra aerobics dvd, mainly because it was offered to me. Not gonna take anything off, just want the exercise.

I'm sticking with my Wii stuff and walking outside when 1) I can walk 2) when it's not snowing out.

No treadmills here for us - my niece was seriously injured by one at a different family member's house last week. Was standing on it and another kid flipped it on full speed, flung her off and pinned her between the tread and the wall. Second degree burns on her face, neck, chest, arm, ripped out chunks of hair, and she had to get stitches on her chin. That's my new PSA - if ya got kids or the potential of kids around make sure they can't turn those things on!!

First, go to Sears and try the different kinds to see what you like best. Then go to garage sales where you can find them nearly unused and cheap.

Miz Red, walk the dogs! It's good for them, good for you and alot cheaper than an exercise machine.

search the internet and get a free eating program. (Notice I did not say DIET because DIETS DO NOT WORK!!)

Eat smaller HEALTHY meals 5 times a day, exercise (like run, bike, swim, aerobics) 30 minutes, three times a week and some sort of weight training one of the other days.
I promise you'll get healthy quick.

Cut out sugar and crap foods and don't drink milk.

Honestly, if you want the body and the health, you will put in the time and sweat and exercise and eat right.
Otherwise don't waste your time, Send me your money then get Pizza delivered three times a day.

My wife has lost 13 lbs on her treadmill since December, but she ran 8 miles last Sunday. Now she gets more exercise running from me
