What feed comes next?

Hi, I have been feeding my chicks Starter/Grower since they hatched. The bag states : birth-10 wks Starter/Grower 20% protien.......10 wks-20 wks Grower/Finisher 15% protien.....then from 20 weeks on feed - Layer.

Do I switch them to the G/F or can I just keep them on the S/G? Will the highter protien hurt them? Thanks, Renee

I dont think it will hurt them but it would be better to stick to the schedule that the feed mill has.
