What Fruits and Veggies Can Quail Eat?

I've feed mine a few different things. Their favorite is peas and corn on the cob. They also love mealworms.

They love melon, banana, cucumber, zucchini (courgette), corn, apples, wheatgrass/barleygrass/oat grass, broccoli sprouts.
Mealworms, crickets. Boiled, mashed eggs. Cooked quinoa, rolled oats.

oh right and worms some time theres a worn lying on the porch.we bring worm to quails. quails go crazy. and its really cute to watch them fight over the worn in a playful way no pecking or anything
