what gender and breed are these chicks?

Milk tea is probably a light sussex/wyandotte, and definitely a cockerel. I'm thinking that Tilly is an easter egger and/or wyandotte cross. Eggy is a dorking cross, and probably a pullet. Pudding looks like a polish cross.

I'm not sure about they breed but I say you have at least 1 rooster (the white one has big comb and wattles so he's a roo), not sure about the other 2 but I think they are pullets but not sure

the white one looks like a chick I hatched, I bought 5 light Sussex eggs, 7 rhoad island red and 8 cuckoo Maran eggs.
2 light Sussex hatch and 4 road island red, but one of the road island red was really light and today I can't tell the different between him and the other 2light Sussex, so I don't really know which of them came out of the road island red egg, haha, so obviously the person that sold me the eggs was not making sure I got purbreed,haha

but anyway the one that looks like your white chick came from the cuckoo Maran egg, so I was so exited, I saw the Maran egg was stared to broke and I so exited to get a cuckoo chick but when he came out of the egg I was like what?
he was completely white, haha
today he's still completely white, but his body looks like on his brother that came out of the other cuckoo Maran egg that hatch, his brother is cuckoo which is so great, haha!

but yeah he looks kinda like your chicks so I'm guessing maran and light Sussex mix maybe?

The white cockerel has a rose comb, which is dominant over single, so at least one of the parents should have had a rose comb. Neither marans nor sussex have rose combs.

These are most likely barnyard mixes - you don't get pure breeds unless both parents are the same pure breed.
