What gender and breed do I have?

The Leghorns look like pullets. Leaning towards pullet on the Delaware if they're closer to 8 weeks old.

I actually find it harder at this age than at 6 weeks. And the lighting is kind of hard too.
If I had to guess I'd say the boys are the second one, and possibly number 3.
I can't see the comb size very easily in the third one. Do you have a side shot?
And even number three doesn't look boyish enough. I think they'd have more comb colouring by now.
