Tail shape, especially in younger birds, means absolutely nothing.

They're definitely cockerels then, if they were pullets they would have a much smaller comb and wattles.

Tails aren't an accurate way to sex at this age.

Their large, red combs and waddled, at 11 weeks, they are certainly boys.

Male specific feathers (saddle and hackles) generally start coming in around 12+ weeks, but those combs are totally obvious :/
