What gender are my silkies?

Number 3 looks to have female coloring.
Not sure about #2, but thinking cockerel.

Much too young. Silkies are extremely difficult to sex before 4-5 mos. of age, and sometimes not till they lay or crow.

My guess was 1 & 2 were Cockerels and 3 was a pullet, but this is my first time owning silkies so I was unsure.

1 and 2 looks like cockerals, 3 looks like a pullet

#1 has a dark chest, and that usually means cockerel with partridge varieties.

In my opinion they look like they are pullets at this point, but in truth they are too young. My white silkie kind of looked like she had streamers, but she molted at about 9 weeks, and all her feathers came back before the rest of my silkies, and she is obviously a pullet at this point. I can tell that I have two cockerels, because they both have streamers a larger comb and wattles. But mine are the bearded variety. When I had the non-bearded, it took forever to find out their gender. They were easily 4 months before they had noticeable cockerel features... By 5 months they were crowing and I had to find new homes for them.
