What gender are these black laced golden Wyandottes?

I got these chicks at 2 weeks old, and they are about 3 months now. I've been convinced since the beginning that they're all roosters but my fiancé thinks there's 1 rooster/2 hens.

I thought so... Wondering what my next step should be, because this means I have 6 hens and 3 roosters. Should I give them away? At what age could I eat them? Etc.
