What gender are these Brahmas?

Brahmas are very slow maturing birds. Cockerel get tall and big looking around 4 months but there isn't hardly any meat yet. I've raised Brahmas for a long time and have found that the youngest you can butcher them and get any meat is around 7 months. And still the don't dress out very good, a lot more bone than meat. But they're not tough as other breeds this age would be.
