What gender are these Easter Eggers?

They are 13 weeks old. I thought pullets for awhile because their combs are dull and small, but their tail growth is worrying me that they are Roos. There are three- the partridge colored ones.

I will get some pics of combs tomorrow. They are very small, and no redness, which made me think pullets initially....
