I'm gonna say cockerel. Most common to see the coverts grow first on male chicks when slow to feather.
He's 1 week old right? Didn't specify.

Unless they are specifically bred to be auto-sexing, or can be feather sexed, it's too early (at least for me) to tell. 6-8 weeks is the best time to post pictures.
