what gender is my chicken

Meet Miss Cassey she is about 7 t0 8 months old Speckle Sussex. She is not laying yet and I thought maybe she just not ready. But then 2 nights ago I seen her mount another chicken. Which now has be wondering if she is a he. (LOL) I haven't heard her crowing like rooster do but after searching a couple of sites with photo I think it might be a speckle Sussex barred rock rooster. Does all rooster crow? And can anyone tell by looking at her/his photo

I am still really confused about Miss/Mr Cassie? She continues to mount and do the deed with another chicken. This chicken is the one she was purchased with and hang with. I bought my chickens at 3 different times. First group of 3 second group of 2 and third group of 3. And this is how they still interact with each other. does chickens do this as well as roosters

Yes, the dominant hen can/will mount other hens to show she is the boss.
