What gender is my chicken?

Hey folks i got three chickens about 2 months ago and was told they were all pullets about 4-5 months old. I just dont believe one of them is a pullet what do you think?
The one on the left is what I think is a pullet, the right one is its sister

Pullet. Look like leghorn rhode island red crosses. (well, that's what color mine came out)

I agree, pullet. A male version of her would by now have a patch of dark red roo feathers on the wing and some on the saddle area by now. She is showing the pullet patterning- brown tones mostly limited to front of neck and breast.

Female, she'll probably be your first layer from that group. Her comb and wattles will continue to grow as she reaches maturity, and her sister's will come to match.

I'm not sure this applies, but I bought a Leghorn from a batch of Leghorns at Tractor Supply. Only got one, though. All of them were fuzzy pale yellow, and she was that with a few black specks. She now has black feathers every once in a while like your bird. Don't think yours is a Leghorn, but all depends on the genetics. Characteristics can show up in one but not the next. I'm no expert, but that's my understanding.

The black spots and off coloring is a result of crossing of a white legorn with a colored bird. Someone brought up RIR(production red?) cross, that's a pretty good guess for explaining why she has occasional black feather plus the brown wash on her breast.

California Whites are a cross of white leghorn with California Gray- a cuckoo leghorn.. thats why some CW have black spots on down or have the occasional black feather.

The amount of color varies from bird to bird. Same with black sex links, which are cross of RIR over barred rocks.. result are mostly black hens with some brown on neck/breast, some have small amount of that, others have quite a lot...

Agreed. I got 8 straight run black sex links from Tractor Supply as well this spring (before I knew how to sex them by looking at them). Got all roosters. Even so, they all look totally different. There are some that look like a pure Barred Rock, then some of those have an occasional brown feather, then some with tan heads and dark black bodies, then just really dark ones, with green and brown feathers here and there.
It's crazy how they look so different.
