it's really hard to from the picture. The comb looks like roo, but the feathers look like a hen, so... I would guess hen, but i'm not sure.

Its comb is sometimes red and sometimes pink...

roosters will have long pointed hackle and saddle feathers. Hens will have shorter and more rounded feathers there.

10 weeks with that big comb and those wattles i say you have a cockerel...i seen you also have another thread...are they for the same chicken or is it for another one as well?

I can't upload the pics but there are 2 in question. They are both on my profile albums. All my chicks have big combs, but one is shiny. The BO is the "leader" of the flock. The one that is shiny is younger and just started getting tail feathers. The feathers are longer and whispy.
