Looks like a girl to me...the poof on top is pretty round. Do you have other pictures, like from the back? That would allow us to see if there's streamers (a tell tale sign of roo-ness).

I'd say girl also. In hindsight I could tell my girls from boys at a few months of age by watching how they act. Consistently it was the boys who bowed up at each other and did the chest punching thing. I didn't know they were boys at the time. Now that I know all their sexes I know it was the girls who tried to stay out of the way and avoid confrontations.
(Before anyone says it-yes, I realize there's always going to be the odd girl who acts like a boy).
