I have 4 Sebrights I need to ask about also but they are 6 weeks old. Too young right? I have 8 house chicken atm...too many!!
Going crazy.

Not too young. All of the sebrights I have had were fairly easy to tell early on.

They should be old enough to at least pretty accurately tell which are cockerels/pullets.
