Thanks so much! We thought he was a roo (hence his name change from Gwen to Watson), but then saw a few BR at the LA County Fair that looked a lot like him in the hen area...so we got confused! Thanks a bunch!

Were they marked on the cage cards as hens?
Can you get a better side view photo of the barred rock?
I've seen light-ish pullets/hens too. idk
