Your White Plymouth is a cockerel, and it appears your Barred rock (?) is a cockerel as well.

When sexing chicken this age you really want to be looking at their comb. Pullets won't have much, or any comb growth till they reach 4-6 months of age.
After a few months, then you'll start looking for male specif feathers.
Saddles, hackles, sickles, and the shoulder feathers.
