What gender is this barred rock?

Have this 4 week old barred rock. Can its gender be identified? I appreciate the help I am getting from this side. We purchased some straight run chicks and looks like we have mostly hens. This one I wasn't sure about because its bars are much brighter than our other shown at bottom.

My best guess, I'd say hen. The color in the legs makes me think hen

Pullet. The comb is very small and yellow. At four weeks there should be some pinking up, at least, if it were a roo, and the appearance of little wattles coming in.
