What breed is it then? At first i was aiming to buy a road red island ROOSTER. But turns out that it was supposed a buff orpington HEN. So what breed is it? Haha
Looks like a Rhode Island Red mix, maybe mixed with Buff Orpington since it has white legs. For future reference pure RIR’s are supposed to have yellow legs. This is what Buff Orpington’s look like in comparison with your hen.

It looks like a hybrid (isa brown, cinnamon queen, golden comet, etc). But if its 6 months and 4 weeks, that makes it 7 months old. It should be laying already. If you just got it from someone else it most likely won't lay right away until it settles in.
