What gender is this chicken?

I hatched this beauty from an egg and it hatched about the first of May. I know that it is a mixed breed bird so am not looking for a breed. I would really like to know if it's a rooster. The comb is small for a rooster. Does anyone know what gender this chicken is?

It's a rooster. You can see saddle feathers and there are darker red patches coming in on the wings as well as those lovely iridescent green tail feathers.
