The one with some red feathers is definitely a male (narrow, pointy saddle feathers growing in, right in front of the tail.)
The all black one is either a pullet getting ready to lay (eggs will prove it's a female) or a slow-maturing cockerel (if it grows male saddle feathers, that will prove it's a male.)
Given that they are the same age, and looking at how similar the combs are on them both, and considering that the all black one is crowing, I think it might be a slow-maturing male, but I wouldn't be sure until it grows male feathers or lays an egg.
