What gender?

Here is some of my chickens. 2 are buff Brahmas, 1 is an Ameraucana, and the other is unknown bantam.

Not sure if they are pullets or cockerels. All around 12-16 weeks old.

I'm not sure about #1, but #2 looks like a cockerel. The small orange one in the last pic is also a cockerel.

Both your brahmas are cockerels. The other two look like pullets to me.

Brahmas are definently cockerels "two buffs and a dark". Ameraucauna looks to be a pullet.

Oh cool, didnt realize that it was a little bantam dark brahma, got it in the assorted bantam bin.

If you have too many Roos you could start a rooster flock... I made a thread on it in "Flock management".

Out of my 70 plus chickens we probably have 10 or so roosters.

Wow. Did you get rid of the extras, buy pullets, or just get really lucky? Lol I have 7 Roos and 9 hens...

What about this little blue Cochin? Cockerel? It doesn't act like a rooster at all. And doesn't have saddle feathers Like my little black Cochin bantam. Both are 10 ish weeks.
