Are they Roos or hens? They're about 8 weeks old

All three of the birds look like cockerels at this point - that's a lot of red comb/wattle for 8 weeks (pullets may have growth at that point, but they don't color up that young), the barred bird is showing a more male pattern and the bottom bird is sporting a nice set of thick legs.
