I think quail lady ment to make sure the lights come on on days when there is not 14-16 hours of natural light.

Hmmmm...

Now I"m real curious to see how the lights may work.

How/what do you mean, the lights don't shine into the aviary? Is it solid bottom, or are the lights too far away? not bright enough? I can't really picture that.

Now mine is wire to the ground and the lights are right up against them, and do shine in a little. If I ever get the quail out there, we'll see how it goes.

Working on the aviary yesterday, I may have found an underground leak from the mist system. So need to see what's up with that today!
