DH ordered me a thermometer for Christmas - 2-3 weeks before Christmas. It has never arrived and they will not email him back.

Does anyone know what's up with their company? We are going to have to dispute the charges on the credit card, I guess. It really stinks.

Thanks, I sent their phone number to DH and will see what happens. They didn't send our package with any sort of tracking so when he first contacted them (just before Christmas), they were not able to give him any info. Fortunately, the egg turner that was part of the order did arrive on time.
