i think too that it was to soon. i had a lot of late hatches this year, i think my incubator was running a bit low in temp which would account for that.

They look like they were almost ready. Had all these chicks internally or externally pipped? The one with the yolk sac is a few days behind. I take it this was a still air incubator but what was your temperature and humidity?
