No ... I don't think so. In Asia where people eat the craziest stuff, *in my opinion*, they sell the stuff out in open air markets. Not all countries that consider insects a delicacy have labs or even would think to keep them indoors. Western society does stuff so different than the rest of the world. You'd be amazed at what some places consider delicacies and how they handle food!
