Wow..thats baaaad! How unprofessional to put something in someones food like that! Ohh, i'd be so ticked.... I'd contact them asap! Thats messing with the publics food...and VERY illegal!!!!
how do you know they arent some religious nut..(which they must be..to do that..)...maybe they put something ELSE in your cereal also.... *shivers*
ETA..i really hope that you didnt eat that cereal..

That is a food safety violation and hazard.

I would be calling General Mills because they have an employee that is violating food handling regulations by contaminating food product with foreign items.
What if it was a whacko who poisoned that paper knowing someone would think it was a miraculous message from God?

"Oh look a paper in my cereal....oh it's ok...it's a message from God"

You should contact the company immediately.
When I was little we found a string in Pop-Tarts, Mom contacted the company and we received a year's supply of Kellogg's cereal free.
You also might want to "Google" your find to see if it's happened to anyone else.

A few years back, I bought a case of beer, inside was a pamphlet on how to find Lord Jesus Christ!! (no I didn't get a years supply)

Call General Mills. They need to know about this and will probably offer you coupons to replace it.

I have a relative in the business. I just sent him an email asking his opinion about where the note could have been inserted. I will let you know what he says.

OH! And save EVERYTHING. I am sure the company will want to investigate. Food tampering is something they take VERY VERY seriously.
