I love vicks vapor rub, it works so well when anyone as a cold

Another bizarre? use for Vicks. Most cops I know keep a jar in their patrol car for those especially smelly calls they get. Smear some under your nose.

Last night I tried it with Vicks on my feet....I dont know, it felt weird but for some reason it did cut the coughs and I was able to sleep.

Another use for Vicks, is to put them on chicken's feet when they get the scaley mites...I got that info off from a Silky breeder.

I didnt know cops use Vicks in their car to keep the smell down but would that make you smell it more?

That was one of the first things my mom did when we were sick and kids was rub our feet with Vix (

) (Wow did it feel good when we were sick laying in bed feeling like we were dying) and then put socks on us. Sometime we even got a hot toddy out of it too

And this was 30 something years ago

I've read that some people use Vicks as a cure for toenail fungus.

Mom has a chicken that was getting picked on.. she put some mentholatum(vicks) on the chickens back the other chickens didn't pick on it anymore.
