WHAT in the WORLD is going on in my egg?

Absolutely NO clue what this is. Bouncing, moving, beating heart, viable veins... do I have egg twins? Triplets? Malformed chick? Help! It's day 9. Mille Fleur d'Uccle eggs.

It looks fine.
The dark black spot is the eyeball.

Eggciting. At least I only see one eye dot in all those pictures so it should only be born with one eye on each side and no more. As to how many wings it will have, you will have to wait and see.

The other one looks a LOT different than this one- almost like a stock photo.

I suspect you are just seeing different body parts on the chick. I’d say it’s doing just fine. I’ve heard people say lots of movement is a sign of a strong embryo.

I feel kinda dumb now it looks so different than the other developing chick, though?

Idk. Got pictures of the other? It could just be that the shell on this one is easier to see through and that’s why it looks different. Don’t feel bad I posted this week panicking because I couldn’t find an air cell. I was looking on the wrong end of the egg .

They're not great pics, sorry. My brother's phone light is weird. I think you may be right about the shell thing. This one's name is Macklemore
