This appeared several days ago and it is getting bigger. I cleaned with peroxide and neosporin. It didnt help

I would try putting Povidone Iodine on that to see if it helps.
It's hard to tell what that is, but could be a pecking wound that is getting worse. Observe your flock to see if the others are pecking at the scab making it worse over time. If they are picking it, then you may need to separate her out until it heals up.
