What in the world is this???

I was candling my last batch of eggs, who were on day 8, and saw this in one of the eggs. I have no idea what it is. It's not moving or anything either. Any guesses?

It kinda looks like its flattened up on the inside of the shell, it's not moving, and I dont see any veins around it.

I had one like that and after days of no change I assumed it was a quitter so I threw it out. If it doesn’t change and looks behind the others in development I’m guessing it just started to develop and then quit.
