Silver Laced Polish, I have 2 right now...Also by that poof that i've been told at a few days or so old, oval shaped poof heads = boys.

It is a polish. I was told if the pom top is a mohawk in a couple of weeks, it's a boy and if it is buffont, it's a female.
Mine were all males.

I've gotten a dozen or so "rare" chick freebies from MM over the years--until I opted out--and none was ever a pullet so odds on a cockerel are 99:1.

silver laced polish. since it was free i'd guess roo (nobody would just give you a pullet) but honestly i would wait a few weeks to see.
