What is a "Hoop Coop"

I've heard the term hoop coop quite a bit on byc what is it and how do you build one?

You can go on YouTube and search it, it’s basically a coop made with cattle panels bending it into a hoop and covering with a tarp.

I have a hoop coop that I inherited along with some chickens. It is and has been covered with a tarp. The tarps only last a couple years in the South Texas sun. I'm thinkin about coverin mine with corrugated plastic/fiberglass sheathing for more permanency (is that a word?). Just gotta figure out how to attach it.
