What is a Sapphire Sky?

To anyone who has had this hybrid: What did your pullets look like at 10 weeks? Today I was looking at my 9.5 week old Sapphire Sky and the reddening in the comb/wattles is a little concerning to me.

I just found out that Brahma in the background turned out to be a cockerel (purchased from pullet bin), so I will be so sad if this one is too!

Not sure if it’s the picture but looks like a pullet to me! Similar to mine. They both had pretty prominent combs not sure when they reddened but I was worried about one of mine at one point and turned out fine. Hope this helps!

Hi! She's about 14 weeks now and I'm almost 100% sure she's a pullet. Her comb and wattles got redder so I was worried, but they kind of have stayed the same and haven't gotten large like her brother's (Brahma cockerel of the same age). Let me try to get a pic for you.

Just updating for anyone now or in the future who is interested in this hybrid...

At about 14.5 weeks, it seems Clover's earlobes are starting to develop and there is a possibility they could be green like someone else's on this thread's were. It's too early to tell, but they may just have a slight tinge of green in them already. I'm interested to see if it's true.

It's funny because the description on Townline's website doesn't mention the green earlobes at all, and I'm fairly certain that's where my local TSC sourced these from. The picture on their site seems to show a bird that hasn't developed its earlobes yet.
