Lordy, where do you live. I can get the whole shebang for 90 bucks that is the bator and turner too! Look at www.Orschelns.com or PM me and maybe we can work a deal for me to ship you a set cheaper! WOWZIE!!!!

And to answer your question I have 5 LG incubators with 4 of them having turners and they work great once you get the temp stable. You have to set it up a couple days before hand and keep it somewhere there is not a draft. the draft will change the temp greatly.

I'm not a fan of the Little Giants (LGs) although some people have them and like them. I used to have one that I would use as an emergancy hatcher.....but it went into the trash after I got tired of fighting keeping the temps steady.

I' have not used any.
I have been looking at Tractor Supply.
They have a bator for 41.00 and then a turner for another 41.00.
Has any one tired there's?
I'm going to start this spring. I hope.

Hope no one minded me jumping in here.

The temps in mine fluctuated from 98-102 a lot, but I had a huge problem with the humidity. But since I added the fan, I have to keep both vents open, so the humidity doesn't get too high, and the temp stays about 100-101. But I still had 12 of 13 hatch with the first set, and 5 of 6 hatch with the second, and that was without the fan.

^^ That's the same one I've got. Easy easy easy.. All you really gotta do is watch your water levels and put it in a room where the temperature is stable. Then on day 18 take out the turner, fill up the water and close the lid.

I have an LG and a Lyons but I think the best reviews have come from the Genesis.
One day I am going to get one and see what the hype is about.
