what is a water wiggler and what does one look like

we just finished our home made incubator, our heat is stuck on 80.5 i keep seeing water wiggler what is this? and what does it look like,

I have a homemade one in my bator. (Its hair gel in a pill bottle with the probe stuck in it) They don't sell water wigglers where I live for some reason. But I don't go by its temp really. Its just another thermometer that I keep a watch on. But then again I have 3 thermometers in my bator.
