What is 'Ash' in layers pellets?

    Hi guys - having a bit of a brain melt - what exactly is the Ash portion of layers pellets? I think I've read it's the minerals but I can;t remember!

    Yes, minerals. The residue left over after you heat the feed in the presence of oxygen to burn off carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen when are the largest contributors to the feed weight.
