what is better one large incubator or two small ones?

Hi all.
i am going to build a new incubator and need to incubate chicken,duck and quail eggs.
seeing that i need to set a few 100 quail eggs a week (for my new hobby) i'm not sure if i should have one large incubator and incubate all the eggs in that.
or have one for chicken and duck eggs and one for quail eggs.

what do you think is better?

also i have read that quail eggs do not go very good in with chicken eggs is this true?

I have had chicken, guinea, button, cortunix, and peafowl eggs in together.
There wasn't much of a difference in the hatch rate between the chicken eggs & either type of quail eggs. I have a cabinet incubator, though. My last mixed hatch, the hatch rates went something like this: The buttons hatched (9 out of 10) then the cortunix hatched (15 out of 15) then the chickens hatched (8 out of 10.)
I had them together in the brooder for about a week, then I separated them by breed.

If you are serious about becoming a FULL BLOWN HATCHERY, then you probably need some very professional advice, and professional equipment. Both of which cost money. Serious money!

That's just my advice. Remove the emotion and crunch the numbers.

I thought that duck eggs needed a higher humidity during incubation... I've hatched chook and quail eggs together, but never mixed waterfowl with quail/chooks.

with one big incubator if something goes wrong (temp spike-turner quits-humidity drops) you lose all the eggs but if you had multiple incubators you would only lose that one hatch. I prefer a couple incubators so there can be mishaps and not a total disapointment. Just my two cents.

also do you think it is better to have a hatch tray at the bottom or a other incubator for a hatcher?
also if i have a hatcher can i have one hatcher for quail and chicken?
