Make a third one as a hatcher! Lol. A seperate hatcher would be better. The less you muck with eggs, the better, so while incubating eggs, you don't want to be pulling chicks out or anything. Plus, I'm not sure how the humidity would work with that.
I'm not sure about large fowl chooks, but I do know that bantam chooks and quail can be hatched together. I've done it many times, often brooding them together until the chooks were too big for the brooder.
