What is bumblefoot?

    I keep reading about a chicken's having bumblefoot. What is that? Thanks!

    I'm not sure myself but I think it's when they get a cut in the foot and infections sets in.

    It is a staph infection in the pad of the foot caused by a puncture or cut. Just do a "chickens, bumblefoot" google search and you can get detailed info.
