no worries you dont have to cut.! you can just use a drawing salve on it and keep it wraped and you could just pull it right out , plus DR. Magna paste is the best drawing paste I've ever used . Don't know how it works on bumblefoot though .Works wonders on infected cuts

i has great success with this method, some pics to show how that wart thing came right out of the top of the foot, my hen had the same thing as your hen in your pics.
