What Is Causing This?

I have 17 chickens that are 3 months, 3 weeks and 2 days old. I'm on day 6 of treating for coccidiosis with Corid of which they are recovering, not completely but definitely doing better. I've been reading other posts and have seen some pictures from posters who are being told they need to treat for worms.

Their run is a dirt floor but covered. It's been really hot, then very rainy here in Indiana and we're about to get hotter than even the last time, :th.

Here is a picture of what I'm seeing.

Is this caused just from the coccidiosis or from the treatment or do I need to treat for worms as well?

Thanks for helping!! You guys are awesome!!! :love

It could be caused by the remaining cocci in the system; I can see the redness that indicates cocci in the bottom centre-left, underneath the 'goop'. With that said, I believe I can see some solid white segments in the upper centre area, so it couldn't hurt to treat for worms also; a treatment of ivermectin or fenbendazole would work.
