What is going on with her feet?

I have been clicking on the icon but it isn't loading. Says it is but then when it comes back to the messaging body, the photo isn't there. I have been trying on my phone so maybe I need to send them to my computer and upload them from there.

I can't advise how to upload from a phone, I'm not that tech savvy

If you can send them to your pc and upload from there, it may work better?
