What is going on with my chickens leg...

So we were out in the coop yesterday and my chickens (just moved out to the big coop) were walking around and then i see this going on with one of the girls... the strangest part is that shes still getting around fine which is why i didn't notice it before now and the other chicks don't push her around or trample her because she will chase them back and defend herself. it doesn't seem to hurt her but i know this can't feel good, HELP!
