3 year old isa brown has not been her healthiest the past 6ish months. Have had ongoing issues seemingly getting better then worse then better then worse. About a month or so ago she had really bad sour crop (and I think associated vent gleet) which I treated her for and she seemed completely back to her old self.
However, she has gone back to pooping creamy, white/yellow liquid droppings (no normal poops at all, it’s all just this watery discharge looking stuff), pastey butt, sad looking comb, and generally lethargic/quiet/weak. She hasn’t laid an egg in about 5 months.
Being the breed and age that she is, I am suspecting there is an underlying reproductive issue and that the sour crop and vent gleet are secondary to that. I am assuming she has vent gleet now, given her poops and pastey butt..? What do y’all think? And what would you do to treat or help her?
Some more information: her crop is fine and emptying overnight.
She feels a little firm in the underbelly (below vent region), but so does my other healthy hen, so it doesn’t seem abnormal to me.
She has been wormed recently.
Please help
I’m feeling so burnt out.
Will try get photos of her poops.
