what is going on with this egg

all my chickens eat the same food and this hen is the only one to lay eggs like this,what does she need or is this "normal"

It's just extra bloom, nothing to worry about. The bloom is the protection of the egg to keep bacteria out. If it's bumpy feeling, it's excess calcium.
