What is going on?

So I had two Eggs due today. Both were wiggling up until yesterday afternoon, so I figured they were just resting. Well, today, still nothing.. I just had a feeling something was wrong, so I candled them and I think they are both dead. I'm leaving them in there for a few days just in case, but what would have caused this. I raised the humidity at day 18 and when I candled them on day 18, everything was fine. What is going on?

Don't give up yet Leave them be and just wait. My little chick hatched 3 days late and it was bouncing but then nothing for days. Got to warn you though it's going to be a long three or four days while you wait. Good luck.
